Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between VirralOS ("VirralOS", "service") and you ("user"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

VirralOS is a personal and business AI assistant service providing email, calendar, file management, social media publishing, and AI-powered content creation through a single platform.

⚠ Beta Warning: VirralOS is currently in public beta. Features may change, outages may occur, and data may be lost. It is not recommended for critical or irreversible operations.

2. AS-IS Provision

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. VirralOS makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• That the service will operate without interruption or error,
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of generated content or analyses,
• Fitness of the service for a particular purpose.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Report unauthorized access immediately to privacy@virralos.com.
• Content: You are responsible for all content you publish or create through the service. Publishing illegal, misleading, copyright-infringing, or harmful content is prohibited.
• API connections: When you connect your Google, X (Twitter), and YouTube accounts, you are responsible for complying with those platforms' terms of service.
• Misuse: Using the service for spam, automation attacks, scraping, or in ways that harm others is prohibited.

4. Service Limitations

• Free-plan users are subject to monthly analysis, daily chat, and content publishing quotas. Quotas may change without prior notice.
• VirralOS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service without prior notice.
• AI models run through third-party providers (OpenRouter, NVIDIA NIM, etc.); the availability of these providers directly affects service quality.
• The video generation service depends on Higgsfield AI infrastructure; uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

5. Third-Party Services

VirralOS integrates with the following third-party services. Their terms of service and privacy policies apply separately:

• Google (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, YouTube)
• X Corp. (X / Twitter)
• Higgsfield AI (avatar and video generation)
• OpenRouter, NVIDIA NIM (AI model providers)
• Supabase (data infrastructure)

6. Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, send an email to privacy@virralos.com. Requests are processed within 30 days. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VirralOS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. This includes data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption.

8. Changes

These terms may be changed with prior notice. Material changes will be sent to your registered email address. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
