Data Deletion

Self-service deletion (immediate)

You can permanently delete your VirralOS account and all associated data yourself, with no waiting period:

1. Sign in and go to Settings, scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page.
2. Type your account email address exactly, to confirm.
3. Click Delete Account.

This immediately and irreversibly deletes: your account and login credentials; all connected third-party account tokens (Google, X, TikTok — the connection itself is revoked, not just the local record); all workspaces, content drafts, and strategy files; uploaded media (avatar photos, brand assets, generated video/thumbnails) from storage; and all usage/quota records tied to your account.

Alternative: email request

If you can't access your account (e.g. lost credentials), email privacy@virralos.com from the address on file and we will delete your data manually. These requests are processed within 30 days.

What is NOT deleted by VirralOS

Disconnecting or deleting your account revokes VirralOS's access to your connected platforms, but does not delete content VirralOS already published on your behalf on those platforms (e.g. an X post or an uploaded YouTube video) — those remain under your own account on that platform and must be removed there directly if you want them gone. If you uploaded a reference photo to create an avatar, the copy on Higgsfield's infrastructure must be deleted through your own Higgsfield account (see Higgsfield's privacy policy).
